Parcels are generally shipped the day after payment is received. They are sent via DHL with a tracking number.
Shipping fees include handling and packing costs as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the parcel. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. If you do not opt for insurance (1% of the item value), your parcel will be shipped at your own risk, although special care is taken with fragile items.
